RE-ENTRY POLICY:
- No Re-entry: Once you leave the festival grounds, re-entry is NOT permitted. Ensure you have everything you need before entering.
- Plan Ahead: Make sure to plan your day accordingly and bring all necessary items with you as re-entry is not possible.
- Emergencies: In case of an emergency that requires you to leave, speak with the security team at the exit gate for assistance. Re-entry will be considered only in genuine emergencies and is at the discretion of the festival management.
- Ticket Scanning: Upon entry, your ticket will be scanned. If your VIP, you will receive a wristband. Keep your wristband on at all times for access to the various festival areas. Do not remove your wristband at any time throughout the festival period, you will not be permitted entry with tampered wristbands.
Boogietown is strictly an 18+ festival. Nobody under the age of 18 will be permitted entry to the festival.
All vehicles must not be left in the car park overnight there is no overnight camping available.
Visitors must not stay in vehicles as vehicles left on site may be towed off site due to site regulations.
No, you can download your ticket to your smartphone using the Skiddle app. However, due to possible signal restrictions in crowded areas, it is recommended to download your ticket in advance or print it out.
To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, please adhere to the following guidelines regarding items allowed and prohibited at Boogietown 2025. Failure to comply with these rules may result in refusal of entry or ejection from the festival grounds.
PROHIBITED ITEMS:
- No Drugs: Illegal substances, including ‘legal highs’ and Nitrous Oxide, are strictly prohibited. Boogietown has zero tolerance for drug dealing and consumption.
- No Alcohol and Liquids: alcohol or liquids of any kind are not allowed. Empty see-through plastic refillable bottles (up to 500ml) are permitted, but no metal bottles. Free water points are located across the festival.
- No Weapons: weapons, sharp objects or anything of which security determines a risk.
- No Aerosols: Aerosols, sprays, or pressurised containers are not permitted.
- No large flags: large flags with flagpoles are not permitted
- No Glass: Glass items and sharp objects not permitted.
- No Umbrellas: No sharp pointed umbrellas.
- No Perfumes/Aftershaves
- No Dogs: Except registered hearing/guide dogs.
- No Flares/Fireworks: Any form of pyro/explosive is not permitted
- No Re-entry: Once you leave the festival grounds, you will not be allowed back in.
- Sun Cream/Lotion: Only sun cream or lotion sized at 200ml or less in original containers is allowed.
- Vape Liquid/Eye Drops: Vape liquid and eye drops in standard plastic 10ml containers are allowed, but contents may be tested on arrival.
- No Laser Pens/Pointers
- No Professional Cameras: including camera equipment such as stands, lenses, and selfie sticks.
- No Audio Recording Equipment: Any audio/noise-making devices.
- No Personal Vehicles: skateboards, rollerblades, hoverboards, scooters, bicycles, or other personal motorised and non-motorised vehicles are not permitted.
- No Marketing Materials: No unauthorised solicitation or marketing materials (e.g., handbills, flyers, stickers).
- No Drones: No drones or unmanned aerial systems.
- No High-Visibility Clothing
- No Large Bags: Small bags are allowed with dimensions W21cm x H30CM x D8cm (A4 Size).
- No Filming/Photography: Filming and photography in the gate areas are not allowed.
- No Camping Equipment: No camping equipment.

PERMITTED ITEMS:
- Clear, empty water bottles: Up to 500ml (no metal bottles).
- Sun Cream/Lotion: Sized at 200ml or less in original containers.
- Vape Liquid/Eye Drops: Standard plastic 10ml containers (contents may be tested).
- Small Bags: Dimensions up to W21cm x H30CM x D8cm (A4 Size).
- Registered Hearing/Guide Dogs: Allowed. Please contact us before hand if you plan on bringing a guide dog with you.
ESSENTIALS TO BRING:
- Ticket and ID: Your festival ticket and a valid form of identification.
- Card: For food, drinks, merchandise, and emergencies (This is a cashless event).
- Phone and Charger: A portable phone charger/power bank is recommended.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
- Small Bag: No larger than an A4 piece of paper.
- Comfortable Clothing
- Raincoat or Poncho
- Hat and Sunglasses
- Comfortable Footwear: You’ll be on your feet a lot.
- Sunscreen: Ensure sunscreen is 200ml or less.
- Reusable Water Bottle: A 500ml clear empty water bottle (refill stations will be available on site).
- Earplugs: Protect your hearing.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Searches: Admission is subject to search. Compliance with security checks is mandatory.
- Longer Wait Times: The more items you bring, the more extensive the search, which will equate to longer wait times to enter the festival. To expedite your entry, consider bringing only essential items in a small bag.
- Safety: Any items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by security staff will be confiscated.
- Enjoyment: Be mindful of your fellow attendees to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
- Bar System: Boogietown operates a cashless bar system. Drinks can only be purchased using chip & pin or contactless payment methods.
- Food Vendors: All food vendors also accept chip & pin and contactless payments for your convenience.
- This is a cashless festival. We do not offer any form of cash transactions.
- Medical/Welfare Tents: Clearly signposted medical and welfare tents are available on-site. If you or your friends feel unwell or require medical attention, seek help immediately at these locations.
- Medication Storage: If you need to bring medication that requires storage, please contact us in advance at hello@jbmmusic.com to make necessary arrangements. Medications that require injection can be stored in the medical tent until administration time.
- Permission: All medications are to be brought in sealed packaging, accompanied by a doctor’s note/prescription which matches your ID. Please email hello@jbmmusic.com if you have any concerns in regards to your medication.
- Emergency Situations: For any emergencies, approach the nearest security personnel or visit the medical tent. Trained medical staff are available to assist you.
- Carry Essentials: Always carry essential medications with you and keep them secure. Do not share medications with others.
- Toilets: Toilets are conveniently located throughout the festival site. Please refer to the site map for exact locations.
- Drinking Water: Free water refill stations are available across the festival. Bring an empty plastic refillable bottle (up to 500ml) to stay hydrated.
- Hand Sanitiser: Hand sanitiser stations are placed near food vendors, toilets, and throughout the festival grounds for your convenience.
Yes, there will be plenty of food options available at Boogietown including vegetarian options. Food can be bought via chip & pin, contactless or cash. No food is permitted entry.
SECURITY MEASURES:
- Admission Search: All attendees are subject to a search upon entry. Compliance with security checks is mandatory. Refusal to be searched will result in denial of entry.
- Prohibited Items: Ensure you do not bring any prohibited items listed in the festival guidelines. Confiscated items will not be returned.
- CCTV Monitoring: The festival site is monitored by a comprehensive CCTV system to ensure the safety and security of all attendees.
STEWARDING:
- Role of Stewards: Our dedicated team of stewards is here to ensure your comfort and safety throughout the event. Stewards are easily identifiable by their high-visibility vests.
- Assistance: Do not hesitate to approach a steward if you have any questions, need assistance, or experience any issues during the festival.
- Compliance: Follow all instructions and directions given by stewards. Non-compliance with steward instructions can result in removal from the festival grounds.
SAFETY GUIDELINES:
- Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by security and stewards. Familiarise yourself with the location of emergency exits and medical/welfare tents.
- Lost & Found: If you lose something, visit the Lost & Found, which can be located on our site map.
- Crowd Management: Be mindful of crowd density and avoid pushing or shoving. Respect personal space and ensure you do not block walkways or emergency exits.
- ID Checks: We operate a Challenge 25 policy for alcohol purchases. If you look under 25, be prepared to show ID. Acceptable forms of ID include:
- Passport (original, not a photocopy)
- Proof of Age Card (must be part of the PASS scheme with their hologram)
- Full or provisional photo card driving license issued by the DVLA
- Alcohol Policy: It is illegal to purchase alcohol for anyone under 18. Violation of this policy will result in ejection from the festival.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Safety First: Your safety and the safety of others is our top priority. Cooperate with security and stewards to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Zero Tolerance: Boogietown has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances, aggressive behaviour, and non-compliance with festival rules. Violators will be removed from the festival grounds.
We want to make sure everyone gets home safely once the festival concludes. Local taxi companies will be notified about our event, but we advise arranging your transportation to and from the festival beforehand. Taxis may be scarce after the event, so planning ahead is crucial. Ensure your safety and plan your trip in advance to end your Boogietown experience on a positive note! IS THERE ANYWHERE I CAN PARK?Yes, indeed! We’ve arranged parking for your convenience at Boogietown 2025. There will be 2 car parks which will be used on site. Further information in regards to car parking will be updated on social media and our website.

Gates 1 lead to car parks A & B which are less than a 5 minute walk to the main entrance of the festival site.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING
We have limited accessible parking available which can be accessed via Gate 1 off Hurst Road (Gate 1 Location). Please bring and display your blue badge to a parking steward on arrival and follow instructions.
DIRECTIONS:
- Location: Apps Court Farm Walton-On-Thames, Hurst Road, Surrey, KT12 2EG. Follow the signs and directions to reach the venue. Wayfinding will be clearly signposted.
- Public Transport: The venue is well-connected by public transport. Use trains, buses, and coaches for convenient travel to and from the festival. We have a shuttle bus service which will go to and from Hampton Court Station to Gate 2 on Hurst Road.
- Walking: If you are arriving on foot, follow the pedestrian signage to gate 2 on Hurst Road. This is the largest entrance for quicker entry. The exact location of the gate can be found HERE.
TRAVELING BY TRAIN TO BOOGIETOWN?
- The nearest railway station is Hampton Court Station and Walton-On-Thames Station. There are trains available from London Waterloo to Hampton Court which take 30-40 minutes.
- If possible, we advise you to use our easy-to-use shuttle bus service from Hampton Court Station to Boogietown. Tickets HERE

- Please bear in mind your return journey to the rail station may take longer due to the number of attendees exiting the venue at the same time. Patrons using rail transport are reminded that it is their responsibility to allow enough time to make the necessary rail connections when leaving the venue.

FESTIVAL SITE
This event takes place at Apps Court Farm, Surrey, KT12 2EG. The full festival site is grass-covered, please be prepared if the weather is wet, or if there has been an excess of rain in the days leading up to the festival, the conditions are likely to become muddy.
EFFECT LIGHTING
Smoke machines, strobe lights, fireworks, and other effects may be in use at this event. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.
MEDICAL AND WELFARE
Medical and welfare facilities are available throughout the festival, staffed with professional doctors, paramedics, first aid responders, and fully equipped ambulances are based at the medical centre to assist with any health concerns or emergencies.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT TICKET – HOW TO APPLY
We offer complimentary Personal Assistant (PA) tickets for eligible customers who require assistance to attend the festival.
To obtain a PA ticket:
- Purchase your standard festival ticket via Skiddle.
- Email hello@jbmmusic.com with the subject line “Personal Assistant Ticket Request – [Your Name]” and attach one of the following:
- PIP Letter
- Access Card with “+1” symbol
- DLA Letter
- Medical Letter (signed by a doctor)
- Our team will review your request and confirm approval, after which your PA ticket will be issued.
Please note: PA tickets are issued on a 1:1 basis and must be applied for in advance. Do not purchase a ticket for your personal assistant as this will not be refunded.
VIEWING PLATFORM
There is one raised viewing platform at the Main stage with seating and access-only facilities. This is located at the centre of the site and provides nearby access (onto the grass) to the main stage, bars, and traders.
Admittance to the viewing platform will only be given to those wearing an access wristband (you will receive on entry when purchasing an access ticket via Skiddle).
If you do not have an accessible ticket but have proof of disability such as a PIP letter or access card, we will be able to grant access to the access toilet within the viewing platform area.
