Apps Court Farm, Walton-On-Thames, Surrey. Upon your arrival to Apps Court, please follow the “Festival Entrance” signs to help navigate yourself to the festival entrance. For an exact location of the entrance, please follow the following what3word link www.what3words.com/blunt.gasp.field

The event starts at 12PM on both Saturday & Sunday with headliners on from the start, last entry time for both days is 5PM. We advise planning your journey and arriving as early as possible to avoid disappointment. The event ends at 10:30PM on both Saturday and Sunday.

Please be aware there will be no re-entry. If you leave, you will not be admitted again. If you are camping at Boogietown, you will have access to enter the Boogietown campsite on Friday between 12PM & 8PM & between 9AM & 5PM on Saturday.

You must leave the Boogietown campsite by 12PM on Monday.

No, you can download your ticket to your smartphone via the Skiddle app. Signal in the area can be tricky when there are a lot of people around, please download your ticket in advance or print your ticket off if you feel this will allow for a smoother entrance to our festival.

Boogietown will be operating a cashless bar system. You will be able to buy drinks at the bar using chip & pin or contactless. If you are heading to the festival with cash, this must be exchanged for tokens at our token booth.

 

Yes, there will be plenty of food options available at Boogietown including vegetarian options. Food can be bought via chip & pin, contactless or cash. Small picnics and sealed bottles of water are also permitted entry. (No other drinks can be entered)

There are no cash machines available at Boogietown. Chip & pin is available at the bars & food vendors. If you are bringing cash, please bring enough to last throughout the day as no festival pass-outs are available.

There is a welfare/medical point located on-site at Boogietown and will be clearly sign posted. If you or your friend feel at all unwell during the event, please visit the welfare/medical area to seek medical attention.

Illegal substances, alcohol, liquids of any kind (including perfume/make up/aerosols/drinks). Glass of any kind, flares, fireworks, selfie sticks, weapons. Hand sanitizer’s (100ml or less) will be allowed upon security checking the contents of the bottle.

Boogietown is strictly a 18+ festival. Nobody under the age of 18 will be permitted entry to the festival

Shuttle buses will be running between the festival & Creek Road (KT8 9BE) which is opposite Hampton Court Station from 10AM – MIDNIGHT. Tickets for this can be booked here – https://bit.ly/Boogietown2024

Hampton Court Station is the closest train station to Boogietown, which is a 7-minute drive away from the festival site.

CAMPING + MOTORHOME FAQ'S

YES! Camping will be back at Boogietown this year! Included in your weekend camping ticket is the usual camping amenities – food traders, 24HR security, easy access drinking water & toilets.

Yes, there is a restriction on tent size at Boogietown. Tents may be no bigger than a 4-person tent per group of 4, Any tent over the size of a 4 person tent will not be permitted into the camp site.

Per group of 4, dimensions should not exceed 4M x 4M.
Per group of 6, dimensions should not exceed 4M x 5M.

We do ask that you are considerate to other campers and do not bring anything that’s excessively large. Gazebos are strictly prohibited.

Campers can bring food and drink into the campsite. However, this can’t be brought into the main arena. You are not permitted to take any food or drink from the camping site into any part of the arena. Alcohol may only be brought into the festival campsite. Again, this cannot be brought into the festival. There is an alcohol limit, please see FAQ below to find out the quantities.

All campers can also bring a small suitcase into the campsite but remember Boogietown is in the middle of a field, we recommend bringing a rucksack instead. All festival goers will be searched every time they re-enter the festival site. Please note that your personal alcohol allowance will only be permitted upon your first entry into the campsite.

Campers may bring the following into the campsite (per person):

EITHER 12 x cans of beer/cider OR 12 x premixed spirit cans (max 330ML) OR 1 bottle of wine decanted into a plastic bottle OR Up to 500ml of spirits in plastic bottles.

No glass is allowed, any drinks in glass bottles must be decanted into plastic bottles before arrival. Any glass found on site or on entry to the festival will be confiscated. We have a wide selection of beer, cider, wine and cocktails available across the main arena for you to enjoy during the weekend. Finally, please see below on what you may and may not bring with you.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Search’s will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with.
  • Any alcohol above this allocation will be confiscated.
  • This alcohol may only be consumed within the campsite.
  • Sealed bottles of water and soft drink drinks are allowed but will be checked on entry to the site.
  • There will be no limit on soft drinks.

No, please understand we have hundreds of campers on site and limited green space for you to erect a gazebo.

No, these can not be brought. Items confiscated will be discarded. The Organizer is not responsible for abandoned items.

No, fires are not permitted in the camp site at any time. Anyone making fires will be removed off site immediately. Small camping stoves however are fine.

No, there will not be anywhere to charge your phone within the campsite. You are however fine to bring battery packs with you to the festival.

Campervan passes are £150 and can be used for campervans, caravans and towing vehicles.

One motorhome pass is required per vehicle, not per person. All vehicles including towing vehicles must fit within a 8M x 4M deep pitch. All those in live-in vehicles must also have a valid festival entry ticket.

  • No trading of any kind is permitted from campervans/caravans. Anyone caught doing so will be removed from site immediately with no refund given.
  • No sound systems are to be operated in the campervan/caravan fields. Anyone found operating such systems may be liable to eviction.
  • Anyone resisting confiscation of disallowed items or disregarding the conditions set out in our ticketing terms & conditions will face eviction.
  • Suitable vehicles are those that have living accommodation with fitted sleeping and either fitted cooking or washing facilities.
  • Only cars towing caravans will be permitted entry.
  • Unsuitable vehicles such as unconverted vans will not be allowed entry to the live-in vehicle. These will be re-directed to the festival car park where sleeping in vehicles is strictly prohibited.
  • Campervans (and caravans/trailer tents) are lined up by our staff when they arrive, the first in will be the closest to the festival entrance, the last in will be furthest away. We can’t pre-allocate spaces in this area.

FAQS

What is a live-in vehicle?
Broadly speaking this is either a campervan, motorhome/RV, Caravan or other fully converted vehicle.

What facilities are available in the live-in vehicle field?
The live-in vehicles will have access to toilets, drinking water and areas to relax under the sun!

Liv-in Vehicle Power?
There will be NO access to power in the Boogietown motorhome campsite – Please be conscious of this when coming to site.
