Boogietown is strictly18+. No exceptions.
- No re-entry. Once you leave the festival, you cannot return.
- Plan your day accordingly.
- Genuine emergencies will be handled at the exit gate and are at management discretion.
Boogietown is strictly 18+.
Nobody under 18 will be permitted.
You do not need to print your ticket.

Yes, plenty of food options including vegetarian dishes.
Food & drink payments are cashless.

Gate 1 & Gate 3 lead directly to the car parks.
Each is under a 5-minute walk to the main entrance.
Overnight parking not allowed.
Cars left after hours may be towed.

Viewing Platform
A raised viewing platform is available at the Main Stage for Access Ticket holders.
Access toilets are provided next to the platform.
If you do not have an access ticket but have valid proof of disability (PIP, Access Card etc.), you may use the accessible toilet inside the viewing platform area.
Effect Lighting
Strobes, smoke, pyros, and special effects may be used throughout the event.

ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS – BOOGIETOWN
We want Boogietownto be as accessible and enjoyable as possible. Please read the following guide carefully before booking.
Wheelchair Viewing Platform
PA/Carer Ticket – Complimentary ticket for those who require assistance.
Complimentary PA/Carer ticket available for customers who require assistance.
Does not include access to any dedicated viewing areas.
Customers with approved proof of eligibility can still use the accessible toilets on-site and accessible entrance.
Important Notes
Platform spaces are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
No waitlist once sold out.
Refunds are not available unless the event is postponed or cancelled.
Purchase a standard ticket via Skiddle as normal.
Request a PA/Carer ticket by emailing hello@jbmmusic.com with:
Your ticket order number
Proof of eligibility (see Section 4)
Confirmation that you require a PA/Carer ticket
Approval – If approved, we will add the complimentary PA/Carer ticket to your booking.
You must provide one of the following:
Access Card with +1 symbol
PIP or DLA letter (showing you require carer support)
Medical letter confirming you require a carer
Other relevant documentation confirming your access requirements
Send proof to hello@jbmmusic.com within 7 days of booking.
You are welcome to bring a camping chair, we advise this if you cannot stand for long periods.
You can bring your medication as long as it matches your ID and you have the prescription.
Small picnics are permitted on-site.
Accessible parking is available but must be pre-booked via the Skiddle event page (subject to availability).
Our accessibility team will be on hand to assist with wristbands, directions, and any queries on the day.
